Positions available:
We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Technician to join our ophthalmology team. The ideal candidate will have a strong medical background and a passion for delivering excellent clinical support.
Key Responsibilities:
– Performing patient work-ups for various ophthalmology consultations
– Scribing and inputting patient data
– Assisting with in-office procedures
– Managing clinical triage activities
– Maintaining clinical and surgical supplies
– Updating medical records
– Ensuring the clinic environment is well-maintained
The successful candidate should possess a positive attitude, excellent communication and customer service skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility and a willingness to travel up to three days a week are essential. While prior healthcare and ophthalmology experience are preferred, they are not mandatory.
The position offers a competitive hourly rate of $17.00 – $25.00, along with benefits such as a 401(k) plan, health insurance, and paid time off. Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent, and BLS or CPR certification is preferred. The position is based in Eau Claire, WI, with both in-person and on-the-road work required.
We are seeking a dedicated Patient Coordinator to join our healthcare clinic team. The ideal candidate will be organized and patient-oriented, with a strong ability to deliver exceptional front-line support.
Key responsibilities:
Engaging with Patients
– Answering incoming calls
– Scheduling appointments
– Handling patient check-in and check-out processes
– Managing patient registration and electronic health records (EHR) data entry
Insurance Liason
– Securing prior authorizations for procedures
– Verifying insurance eligibility
– Informing patients of associated costs.
General Tasks
– Collecting payments
– Organizing referrals and documents
– Responding to inquiries via phone, email, and fax
The successful candidate should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in computer operations and typing, and ideally have experience with EHR systems. Strong multitasking abilities and the capacity to work independently are essential. This full-time position requires flexibility in working hours, with an expected 32-40 hours per week, Monday through Friday.
